Clinics (Group Lessons) Gather your own group
or ask us to match you with players at your own level. Clinics
typically are one hour long and include four players and one pro.
Clinics run for 10-15 week sessions.

Leagues - Match Play Want someone to play
with? We’ll match you with players at your level. Leagues are typically
one and one half hours long and include singles and doubles match play.
Leagues run in twelve week cycles starting in September and continuing
through May. Some leagues also have summer sessions.
Contract Time Contract time is 36 weeks of reserved court time beginning in mid-September and ending in May.
45/45 Group Lessons/Play Time 45/45’s are
typically one and one half hours long and include eight players and one
pro. The players are divided into groups of four. Each group receives
forty-five minutes of instruction and forty-five minutes of play time.
45/45 runs for 16 week sessions.
Open Time Each
Monday, reservations are available to members for the following two
weeks. Non-members can reserve courts 24 hours in advance. Make
reservations by calling the center or stopping by the front desk.
Fitness Clinics Compliment
your game with a fitness program for tennis players. Gather your
friends and schedule a group fitness session. For details, contact Mike
Mashuta at 785-4311 ext 23.
iPod Tennis Tri-City Fitness has
developed a revolutionary tennis program where you listen to your iPod
during your tennis lesson! Work with your certified professional staff
as you drill through hitting patterns. The lesson will be an intense
hitting and cardio session while you enjoy your favorite music. Sign-up
is required for this program and you must bring your hitting partner to
attend. Fridays from noon to 1 PM. Cost: $20/Members and $24/Non-Members.
Aerobic Tennis Want
a great workout? Aerobic Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring
drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy
workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Aerobic Tennis includes a
warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If you are looking for a
new way to get in shape and burn calories, you must try Aerobic Tennis.
Thursdays from noon to 1 PM.
Shot of the Day Shot of the Day is a program open to Tri-City
members as well as non-members. Whether you are a beginner, an
intermediate, or an advanced player you may come and work on a specific
shot. Thursdays from 1 PM to 2 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 10 AM.

USTA Senior Mixed Doubles If you are lucky
enough to be 50 years or older by December 31, 2009, you can play in
the upcoming USTA Senior Mixed Doubles. Leagues will begin in May.
Tentative plans include: 6.0s Friday nights, 7.0s Friday nights
(possible Saturday afternoons), 8.0s Sundays, 9.0s TBD. If you are
